BUCHANAN HS [apos]09: Two-time state meet qualifier in high jump... Finished T13th at state champs as a senior, 9th as a junior, jumping 5-3 each year... Placed 3rd (5-2) at 2009 Central Section Masters meet... Also made CIF state meet as a triple jumper in 2009, winning North Area finals with 36-1 leap... Set school records in high jump (5-6), long jump (17-4) and triple jump (36-8.5)... Voted team MVP as a junior... Also competed for Sierra Challenge, placing 2nd at USATF Youth Nationals in high jump.

PERSONAL: Born in Lathrop, Calif.... Majoring in psychology... Parents are Wesley & Tracy Mahr... Has career aspirations to be a criminal psychologist, although immediate plans are to break the UC Davis high jump record... If she won $1 million, she[apos]d buy a panda bear.
