2007: Finished 13th in 800 (2:00.13) at Division I Independent Championships, one of six meets in which he competed... Best mark was 1:58.67 in Fresno State Dual.

LAGUNA CREEK HS [apos]06: Finished 4th in 800 (2:01.29) at Delta League Championships as a junior, 5th (2:01.26) as a senior... Won league title in 2004, setting championships record of 1:59.97... Went on to place 5th at Sac-Joaquin Section meet with PR of 1:58.19... Selected as team[apos]s Most Improved Athlete as a freshman and sophomore... Cut time from 2:03.67 to 1:58.19 in 2004... Also competed for Miller TC (Elk Grove) from 2004-05... Placed 4th in 400 hurdles at 2006 USATF Junior Olympics.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, Calif.... History major... Parents are James & Gladys Williams... Would title his autobiography, 'The Race Starts On The Second Lap'.
