Most Inspirational as a junior and team MVP as a senior... Had career-best times of 11.80 in 100 and 24.92 in 200... Member of Principal's Honor Roll... Also received High Honors (2013), Distinguished Scholar (2009-13) and High GPA Recognitions (2012)... Member of National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation.

PERSONAL: Born in La Palma, Calif... Majoring in environmental policy analysis and planning... Parents are Darryl and Demetra Pearson... Sports hero is Allyson Felix... Wished she could've witnessed a pair of iconic 1969 moments: Woodstock and the lunar landing... Would like to visit Bora Bora... Would like to change when some 4x400 relays are contested because "running the 4x4 late at night when it is cold is not very enjoyable."... Career highlight was running a 54.3 split in the 4x400 at the high school state championships.
