2018: Set new personal best records in both the long jump and triple jump, besting his previous marks by 0.52m and 0.4m, respectively… Recorded the fourth best triple jump on the performance list with a leap of 15.30m, which ties for seventh in the UC Davis Record Book…  Hit that mark as well as his new personal-best long jump mark of 7.09m at the Woody Wilson Classic on Apr. 14.

2017: Competed in triple jump at the Conference Championships for the third year in a row... Posted a season best of 48-2.75 at Hornet Invitational, finishing third... Also placed top-three at Mondo Team Challenge (47-3.5) and Brutus Hamilton Challenge (46-10.75).

2016: Scored at Big West Championship with an eighth-place finish in triple jump (46-10)... Runner-up at Woody Wilson Classic in a lifetime best of 48-10.75... Won Aggie Open (45-9.75) and placed second at Cal Opener (45-2.5) and Hornet Invitational (45-2.25)... Also long jumped 21-6.75 at Causeway Classic.

2015: Earned All-Big West accolades after eighth-place finish in triple jumped at Big West Championships... Finished third in triple jump at Aggie Open, UCLA Legends Invitational and Causeway Dual... Had career-best mark of 47-2.5 in triple jump at Aggie Open

OCEANSIDE HS '14: Three-sport athlete, earning varsity letters in football, basketball in addition to track and field... Competed in long jump, triple jump and 4x100... Posted career-bests of 22-5 in long jump and 48-8 in triple jump... Won a pair of CIF-San Diego Sections Championships in triple jump as a junior and senior, adding a berth to state meet in triple jump during junior campaign... Also advanced to sections in long jump... Served as team captain in 2014... Earned Coaches Award and was team captain for basketball team... Received Sportsmanship Award and Most Inspirational and was All-Avocado League second-team in football during senior season... Four-year member of All-Academic Team.

PERSONAL: Born in Oceanside, Calif... Majoring in neurobiology, physiology & behavior... Parents are Kevin and Erica Dodds... Title of his autobiography would be "Skinniest but the Strongest"... Relative of NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor... Planning for a career in sports medicine.
