2018: Made appearances in the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, and the mile during the outdoor season… Posted personal-bests in the 1,500 and the 3,000 meter events at the Causeway Classic on Apr. 27 with times of 4:13.10 and 9:04.69, respectively… Recorded his lifetime bests in the 5,000 meter run and the mile at the SFSU Distance Carnival on Mar. 30, clocking in times of 15:34.40 and 4:34.83, respectively.

MONACHE HS’13/CAL POLY: Placed 37th at the CIF State Cross Country Championships in the 5K (16:04) senior year of high school… Set PRs in the 1600m (4:33.3), placing first at the Mission Oak dual meet, and in the 3200m (9:33.26)… Competed two season in cross country and track at Cal Poly… Ran the ninth-fastest 10K in the nation among the two-year college ranks… Placed sixth in the 1500m race (4:00.91) at the 2014 Mt. SAC Relays… Set his PR in the 5000m as a sophomore (14:50.23) at the Occidental Invitational and his PR in the 4 mile (20:51) at the 2013 CCCAA State Championships
