2025 (Graduate): Played in four games before injury cut season short ... Finished with 11 carries for 73 yards with an average of 6.6 yards per carry ... With seven attempts, rushed for a season-high 49 yards at Utah Tech (Aug. 30).

2024 (Senior): Played in all 14 games ... Finished the season with 299 rushing yards on 71 carries with an average of 4.2 yards per carry ... Made 19 receptions with 147 receiving yards and snagged one receiving touchdown ... Totaled 51 all-purpose yards with 16 rushing yards on five carries and 35 receiving yards on two receptions against Utah Tech (Sept. 21) ... Rushed for 42 yards on eight carries  against Cal Poly (Oct. 12) ... Recorded 67 all-purpose yards with 34 rushing yards on 10 carries and 33 receiving yards on three catches against Northern Colorado (Nov. 2) ... Had season-best 114 all-purpose yards in the NCAA FCS Quarterfinals at South Dakota (Dec. 14), rushing for 59 yards on 13 carries and caught 52 yards on seven receptions with one receiving touchdown.

2023 (Junior): Played in four games…Had 23 carries for 98 yards and 1 touchdown…Had four catches for 13 yards… Had five punt returns…Had one tackle…Recorded a season high in carries and rushing yards with 13 carries for 88 yards against Texas A&M Commerce on August 31^st… Recorded touchdown against Texas A&M Commerce…Recorded season high in catches with two against Oregon State on November 9^th…Recorded a season high receiving yards with five against Idaho State on November 11^th…Recorded a season high three punt returns against Texas A&M Commerce…Recorded tackle against Texas A&M Commerce.

2022 (Sophomore): BIG SKY FALL ALL-ACADEMIC… Played in 10 games… Rushed 38 times for 181 yards and one score… Caught eight passes for 109 yards and posted two touchdowns… Hauled in a 67-yard touchdown pass against Cal Poly (Oct. 29)… Recorded his rushing touchdown at Northern Colorado (Oct. 22)… Caught a 15-yard touchdown against San Diego (Sept. 17).

2021 FALL (Freshman): Appeared in three games as a reserve running back… Rushed once for two yards against Dixie State (9/18).

MARIN CATHOLIC HS ’21: Competed in football and track... Helped football team to 11-2 overall record, Marin County Athletic League championship and North Coast Section title game in 2019... Rushed 2,024 rushing yards and 30 TDs that year, claiming MCAL Offensive Player of the Year accolades... Added another 14 receptions for 246 yards and 4 TDs... Previously made All-MCAL honorable mention in 2018, thanks to 166-for-1271 rushing totals... Averaged 8.8 yards per carry during sophomore and junior seasons... Member of MCAL and NCS champion 4x100 relay teams in 2019, but had junior track season canceled due to pandemic last spring...

PERSONAL: Full name is Nathan Matteo Perez, but goes by middle name... Proud to be a first-generation college student... Volunteered in Tijuana, Mexico (as a sophomore) and coached youth flag football every year of high school... Also participated in Kairos Retreat, the school’s student-led, faith-based event; and served as frosh advisory leader, who welcomed first-year students to MC.
