2024 (Junior): Got in on the Aggies defensive line in nine games ... Finished with five total tackles, 1.0 sacks and 1.0 tackles for loss ... Added two quarterback hurries and made one pass break up ... Had one sack at Eastern Washington (Oct. 19).

2023 (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games…Had 13 tackles (eight solo, five assisted)…Had three tackles for loss for a total of seven yards…Had three pass breakups…Had one forced fumble…Recorded season high four tackles against Oregon State on September 9^th…Recorded season high 1.5 tackles for loss against Texas A&M-Commerce on August 31^st…Recorded forced fumble against University of Montana on October 7^th…Recorded pass breakup on three occasions.

2022 (Redshirt Freshman): Did not play in any games.

2021 FALL (Redshirt): Redshirted.

ACALANES HS ’21: Helped team to Diablo Athletic League co-championship in 2019, its first title in 40 years... Played for head coach Floyd Burnsed... Posted 64 tackles (36 solos) as a junior, plus 11.0 sacks and 20 TFLs that year... Dons shutout Newark Memorial in North Coast Section D-IV draw, then lost to eventual finalist Marin Catholic... Carrillo posted 14 tackles in the two NCS playoff games... Section Scholar-Athlete honoree in both football and basketball... Averaged 12.5 points and 5.4 rebounds per game as a junior... Member of Boys Team Charity.
