2023: ALL-BIG WEST HONORABLE MENTION...Started all 20 matches in the attack for UC Davis...Finished second in the Big West with eight assists...Netted one goal on the year, a brilliant curled finish into the back of the net in the Aggies' 3-0 win over San Jose State on Sept. 24...Assisted in both of the Aggies' season-opening contests in Ohio...Provided two assists in the 2-0 victory over Cal State Bakersfield on Oct. 18...Tallied 10 total points to rank second on the team.

2022: Made 15 starts with 18 total appearances in the midfield...Netted one goal and created three assists in his sophomore season...Finished third on the team with 15 shots and seven shots on target...His lone goal proved to be the game-winner to grab all three points in a win over CSUN on Oct. 8...Assisted on Sept. 20 against Pacific, Oct. 5 against UC Irvine, and provided his third against Sacramento State on Oct. 29. 

2021: Appeared in career-high 20 games with four starts...One of eight Aggies to start all 20 games...First career point came on an assist against San Diego on Sept. 12...Also registered an assist and a shot on goal against San Francisco on Sept. 22...Netted his first career goal on Oct. 6 against UC Riverside...Took four shots against CSU Bakersfield on Nov. 3 in the Big West Tournament quarterfinal.

2020: Season canceled by the Big West Conference due to COVID-19, student-athletes will not lose a year of eligibility and maintain their athletic standing for the 2021-22 academic year.

2019: Competed in 17 games… Two of his seven shots were on goal… Took a season-high two shots vs. UC Santa Barbara (10/23)… Recorded a SOG vs. UCSB and Louisville (11/24) in the team’s NCAA Second Round home game. 

MARIA CARRILLO HS ’19: Recorded 34 goals and 17 assists throughout his four-year career at MCHS… Scored 21 goals in 24 games played throughout his senior season… Led his team to the Round of 16, in the North Coast Section’s playoffs, during his junior season; the Pumas won a North Bay League Redwood Division title and advanced to the NCS’ quarterfinal round t in 2018… Also competed for the school’s football team as its kicker… Nailed a 40-yard field goal in practice, a 59-yard kick in a game, and converted 20 PATs.

PERSONAL: The oldest of Miu and Chris Dieter’s two sons… Alex is his brother… Represented Atletico Santa Rosa Bayern for eight years… Club team honor roll includes: 2019 National Cup XVIII Champions, 2019, 2018 and 2015 NorCal State Cup Champions, 2017 Surf Cup Champions and 2016 West Regionals Champions… Lists committing to UC Davis at the start of his junior year as his proudest personal accomplishment… Sports hero is Cristiano Ronaldo… Surf Cup Fields and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park are the facilities that he played in… Chose UC Davis because it is a well-known and well-respected Division I program.
