• 2021 Big West Conference All-Academic

2023: Appeared in 13 matches and logged 240 minutes...Provided the assist for the equalizing goal in the 1-1 draw at LMU on Sept. 6.

2022: Made 16 appearances with two starts in his sophomore campaign...Played a season-high 56 minutes against LMU on Sept. 11...Recorded six shots with two on frame.

2021: Appeared in 16 games, making five starts in first collegiate season...Set collegiate high with 78 minutes played in Sept. 2 game against Gonzaga...Registered a shot on goal in the season-opener on Aug. 28 against Seattle...Played 35 minutes in Big West Conference Tournament semifinal against UCSB.

2020: Season canceled by the Big West Conference due to COVID-19, student-athletes will not lose a year of eligibility and maintain their athletic standing for the 2021-22 academic year.

DOS PUEBLOS HS ’20: Four-year soccer letter winner… Also played men’s tennis for four seasons and competed on the school’s track & field team as a senior… The soccer team won a combined 32 games throughout his junior and senior seasons… DPHS reached the quarterfinal round of the CIF Southern Section each season… As the team’s left back, he recorded five goals and four assists as a senior, and five goals with one assist as a junior... Senior year honor roll included All-Channel League First Team, All-CIF Division II Second Team and Top Drawer Soccer All-State Player accolades… He was also named Hart Tournament MVP, league Athlete of the Week and the MVP of his soccer team that season… Earned All-Channel League Second Team and Honorable Mention as a junior and sophomore… Member of the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy, National Honors Society and California Scholarship Federation (2016-20)… Graduated with a 4.35 GPA… Elected to Dos Pueblos’ Leadership Program... Played club soccer for Santa Barbara Soccer Club. 

PERSONAL: The middle of Alison and Craig Carlson’s three children… Matthew, his older brother, plays soccer at Pitzer College… Sydney is his younger sibling… Was the vice-president of the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation Club from 2018-20… Even though he is left-footed and eats with his left hand, the rest of his body is right-side oriented… Enjoys surfing, playing soccer and spending time with friends and family.
