2021: UC Davis opted out of the 2021 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... The NCAA Division I Council adopted legislation to extend the eligibility of student-athletes that compete in winter sports; gymnastics student-athletes will received an additional season of eligibility and an extra year to complete it.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Graduated from Berkeley High in 2019... Competed for Head Over Heels for 11 years, including final two seasons at Level 10... Finished T2nd on floor at 2019 state meet... Advanced to Region 1 Championships in 2018... Won Level 9 Western Championship beam and floor titles in 2017 before making jump to Level 10.

PERSONAL: Born in San Francisco, Calif.... Has not yet declared a major... Parents are Shawn & Naimah Madden... One of four siblings, along with Hamadi, Tiez and Makai... Career plans are to live in London and practice international law... Little-known fact: she has lived in 10 different houses in her young life... Three bucket list items: travel to all continents, skydive and attend a World Cup.
