PALO ALTO HS [apos]11: Captained both football and lacrosse teams, helping former to 14-0 record and state championship... Earned KBC Sports Player of the Game nod in title contest... Two-time All-Santa Clara Valley Athletic League honoree, including first-team distinction as a senior... Added league[apos]s Co-Outstanding ILB honors and All-Metro honorable mention in 2010, recording 125 tackles with 5.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a defensive TD... Played club lacrosse for Palo Alto Tomahawks (2006-09)... Chosen as team[apos]s Defensive MVP.

PERSONAL: Born in Redwood City, Calif.... Majoring in English... Parents are Charles & Linda Cullen... Among his ambitions are to serve his country; unsurprisingly lists Pat Tillman as both his sports and non-sports hero.
