- The Aggies elevated their momentum in the final frame as Chelsea Johnson secured the first goal of the quarter before Wallin took over, netting two back-to-back goals to secure a hat trick with just under five minutes remaining.
- After a response from Cal's Julianna Snyder, Wallin maintained her momentum by scoring two more goals in the fourth to pull the Aggies within one at 13-12 with three minutes to spare.
