The short story:
Milla Gideon tied a career-high of 9.875 on her bar routine, but UC Davis gymnastics fell to fourth place with a 193.025 in a quad meet with Boise State on Friday, Feb. 6.
HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ
- Starting on floor, Avah Reichow led the Aggies with a 9.800 to tie for third in the event.
- Moving over to the vault, Amelia Moneymaker had her best performance in her all-around night with a 9.800.
- Gideon's 9.875 on bars tied her for the best performance on the routine in the event.
- This mark was the second time Gideon has scored a 9.875 on the uneven bars, last doing so as a sophomore in the 2024 MPSF Championships.
- Rounding out the night, Jehaan Poonja tied for sixth to lead her team on the balance beam with a 9.750.
