STANFORD, Calif. — UC Davis beach volleyball wrapped up the Battle for the Bay tournament with losses to Stanford and Saint Mary's on Saturday, Feb. 28.

THE RALLY

• Coming down to the third set of the fourth match against Stanford in the morning, Kirra Martin and Kinley Lindhardt battled the Cardinal to the brink, forcing extras before ultimately falling 20-22.
• Against Saint Mary's, three pairs of Aggies went to three sets.
• Martin and Lindhardt would get their redemption with a win over the Gaels, but it would prove to be the only victory of the day for their team.
