The short story:Â UC Davis gymnastics battled at Southern Utah in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation dual meet, but in the end the Aggies would fall to the Thunderbirds at the America First Event Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Amelia Moneymaker once again was strong in the all-around, posting a season-high 39.350, making it 23 times the Aggies senior has broken that mark and the fourth-straight time she has done it going back to the Aggie dual meet at Sacramento State on Feb. 15
- Moneymaker's best performance came on bars where she posted a season-high 9.875 to finish tied for first on that event
- Avah Reichow posted a strong 9.850 on floor, while on beam Jehaan Poonja tied her season-high on beam with a score of 9.800
