The short story:Â UC Davis gymnastics posted a season-high 49.025 on beam to cap off its Sunday afternoon at a tri-meet hosted by San Jose State that included Air Force.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- UC Davis got four big scores from Amelia Moneymaker (9.850), Alana Kim (9.850), Cady Chiu (9.825) and Jehaan Poonja (9.800) to accumulate the season-high mark on beam
- Moneymaker once again broke 39.000 in the all-around, finishing the meet with an all-around score of 39.150
- It's the 22nd time in the all-arounder's career she has finished better than 39.000 and the sixth time this season
- Kim's 9.850 was a career high on beam and it placed her tied for fourth along with Moneymaker
