The short story:Â Amelia Moneymaker led the way for UC Davis gymnastics, scoring 39.225 to bring home the all-around title in the Aggie home opener against San Jose State.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Moneymaker won two events on her way to the all-around title, scoring 9.825 on bars and 9.850 on beam to win those events
- The Aggie all-rounder extended her school record of 18 times breaking the 39.000 mark in the all-around and it's the second-straight meet she has broken that 39.000 threshold
- Milla Gideon posted a second-place finishing mark of 9.800 on bars
- Sierra Muns scored 9.800 on floor, giving the Aggies their highest score in that event and putting Muns in second overall
