UC Davis opened the match in doubles, with the No. 3 pair of Aileena Hu and Kaia Wolfe finishing first, falling 6–1 to Emma Sun and Tianmei Wang.

On court one, Mika Ikemori and Polina Marakhtanova battled but came up short in a 6–4 loss to Ahn and Caroline Driscoll, clinching the doubles point for Stanford.
