DAVIS, Calif. — This week UC Davis Athletics launches its reimagined fall fundraising campaign, the Champion Aggies Challenge, a five-day effort starting on
Tuesday, Sept. 16 and running through Saturday, Sept. 20.
The campaign invites alumni, parents and fans to rise to the challenge and make a direct difference in the lives of UC Davis'
686 student-athletes across
25 varsity programs. All gifts made during the Champion Aggies Challenge will count toward membership in the newly unified
Champion Aggies Club, the central umbrella for all UC Davis Athletics giving.
Formerly known as Champions Achieve, the refreshed campaign reflects UC Davis' commitment to building a stronger, more connected donor community. Every gift — no matter the size — supports student-athlete success in competition, in the classroom and in the community, while also counting toward your annual Champion Aggies Club membership.
"Champion Aggies Challenge is more than a fundraising drive — it's a rallying point for Aggie Nation," said Director of Athletics
Rocko DeLuca. "Your support powers the opportunities our student-athletes earn every day. I'm grateful for the passion of our fans, alumni and donors, and I'm asking you to join us this week — make a gift, encourage a friend and help us keep UC Davis moving forward."
How to give
- Champion Aggies Club (area of greatest need): Support the most critical current needs across all sports so student-athletes receive comprehensive resources.
- Team funds: Direct your gift to a specific sport to help cover essentials such as travel, equipment and academic support.
