DAVIS, Calif. - With the fall season quickly approaching, UC Davis Athletics has announced its special Lake Tahoe-themed games for men's and women's soccer, volleyball, and football.

Each of these games will feature the debut of the Aggies' brand-new Tahoe-inspired light blue "Bold Aqua" uniforms.

"We've received incredible feedback from the launch of our new alternate uniforms and can't wait for fans to see them in action this fall," noted Danielle Shank, Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations. "Whether you're catching the Aggies in person or on ESPN+/My58, you'll get a closer look at our unique partnership with the Tahoe Environmental Research Center. Fans can also grab their own gear at the bookstore or through our soon-to-launch online store."

On Sept. 27, to coincide with the First Year Field Storm, the UC Davis football is set to face off against Weber State in the team's Big Sky Conference opener at 7:00 p.m. PT. The next Saturday, Oct. 4, UC Davis volleyball wraps up its first home weekend of the season when it faces off against UC Irvine at 1:00 p.m. PT in the University Credit Union Center.

At Aggie Soccer Field, UC Davis men's soccer opens home Big West play when they host UC Santa Barbara on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 7:00 p.m. PT. And UC Davis women's soccer up Homecoming weekend with its light blue debut against Long Beach State on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 1:00 p.m. PT.
