The short story: UC Davis women's volleyball had a rough second day at Stanford Invite, losing two matches today, one to Cal and another to host Stanford.  

THE RALLY

• The Aggies had a rough game against Cal, losing every game to their Golden Bear opponents. 

• Emily Uhrinak and Kendal Steller fought hard against their opponents but were unable to find their groove. 

• Against Cal, Reese Fraser and Emma Johnson's match went unfinished since Cal had already clinched the win. 

• Lindsay Heller and Kate O'Steen were able to secure a win against Stanford in three hard-fought sets, giving the Aggies a point on the day.
