The short story: UC Davis women's beach volleyball delivered an impressive performance on day two of the Waves Tournament, sweeping both of their matches against Pepperdine and Vanguard. 

THE RALLY

• The duo of Skye Smolinski and Mia Olen went a perfect 2-0 on the day, taking down both opponents. 

• The duo of Kimi Waller and Alexandra Leal also went a perfect 2-0 on the day. 

• The last duo to go undefeated today was Lindsay Heller and Kate O'Steen, who dominated both opponents. 

• Against Pepperdine, Kylie Miller and Tabitha Mitchell struggled through a three-set match, ultimately losing in the end. 

• Emily Uhrinak and Kendal Steller also fell to their Pepperdine opponents in two sets. 

• The Aggies swept Vanguard, winning every single match throughout the game.
