The short story: The ninth highest scoring meet in program history wasn't enough for the UC Davis gymnastics team as they fell to the Southern Utah Thunderbirds on Sunday, Mar. 2.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• The total team score of 196.300 was the ninth highest all-time for the programs history, beating out a 196.225 set at Sacramento State in 2022 to crack the top ten.
• Keanna Abraham took the top spot on the floor, tying her season-high with a 9.900. Megan Ray wasn't far behind, scoring a 9.875.
• The Aggies also took the top spot on beam, with Amelia Moneymaker winning the event with a 9.875. Eleanor Wyly (second) and Ayumi Oshiro (fourth) also placed in the top five with scores of 9.850 and 9.825 respectively.
• Abraham (9.850) and Ray (9.825) finished back-to-back on the leaderboard in the vault, launching their way to second and third place finishes.
• Milla Gideon was the top finisher for the Aggies in the uneven bars, placing third with a score of 9.850.
