The short story: Behind a pair of 9.9 floor routines by junior Amelia Moneymaker and senior Keanna Abraham, UC Davis gymnastics posted its second-straight meet with a score over 194, finishing second with a final score of 194.350 at a tri-meet hosted by Oregon State.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Abraham's 9.9 tied her for third and set a season high. Abraham also scored a 9.850 on vault, tying her for second place
• Moneymaker's 9.9 was her second-straight meet with a 9.9 score on floor and she tied with Abraham for third. In the all-around, Moneymaker posted her best score of the season finishing second with a 39.150 and she was one of just two in the meet who cracked 39.000 in the all-around
• Tying a season-high, sophomore Ayumi Oshiro scored 9.825 on beam to finish fifth
• Senior Megan Ray posted a fourth-place finish when she scored 9.825 on vault
