WHAT HEAD COACH TANYA HO GOMEZ HAD TO SAY
"I think today the girls were great and we are excited to have gotten the season started. The freshman did a great job today, getting thrown into the mix last minute and stepping up when we needed them to. It was also great to get our returners from last year back out competing. I'm glad we were able to get the first meet jitters out and now we can focus on making the slight corrections we need to make ahead of our next meet at Washington."
