The short story: The Aggies had a competitive match but ultimately dropped their home match versus Cal State Fullerton this afternoon 1-6.

WHAT TO KNOW 

• Arianna Stavropoulos was the lone singles match winner for the Ags today beating her opponent out in a fierce three-set match
• Freshman Mika Ikemori gave it her all at court two winning her first set to send it to three
• Kaia Wolfe was on fire after only being back from injury for the past two matches, taking her second set and sending it to three
• Michelle Zell didn't make it easy for her Fullerton opponent, winning her first match to send it to three sets

HOW IT WENT DOWN 

• The Aggies opened up the afternoon with double action with Olive and Daisy Maunupau's match to conclude first
• The sister duo couldn't pull through on court 2 dropping their match to the Titans
• Carly Schwartzberg and Michelle Zell fended off CSF in a valiant effort but ultimately the point went to their opponents.
• Before their doubles match was cut short Arianna Stavropoulos and partner Mika Ikemori were in a exhilarating battle at court one having an answer to everything their Titan competition through at them
• Into singles play O. Maunupau and Schwartzberg were the first to finish their matches putting up a good fight but were taken down by Fullerton
• Our lone scorer of the afternoon, Stavropolous, brought in her match next with an incredible battle to take out her opponent in the third set 6-3, 2-6, 6-2 at court one
• Zell fought it out on court 4 taking it to three sets after winning 7-5 in the first match but couldn't pull out the win
• Next to round out the list was Kaia Wolfe who was cooking at court 3 going into the third set after battling her way back multiple times, she couldn't put it away this time
• Court 2 was the last man standing sparring it out, leaving Ikemori in a battle of back and forth with her opponent eventually taking the win
