UC Davis Moves onto Semifinals with Big Win Over Hawaii

The short story: The Aggies took down the Rainbow Warriors in a back and forth battle this afternoon at the Big West Men's Tennis Championship. UC Davis secured the win with a final score of 4-3.

WHAT TO KNOW
  • The Aggies fought hard in the doubles competition but ultimately the point fell the Hawaii to kick off the scoring for the match
  • Lucas Bollinger made an early and swift victory of his competition at court 5 with s straight set victory 6-1, 6-1
  • Antreas Djakouris was next to bring home points for the Ags with another straight set win at court three
  • Out on court one Constantinos Djakouris battled it out coming back from a second set loss to help out his team winning 6-1, 7-6, 7-3
  • Max Fardanesh was the final decision maker and came back from losing his first set to clinch it for his team in the third set, 6-7, 7-6, 6-1
