DAVIS, Calif. — The 2024 baseball season will see some changes to the schedule, as opening day February 16 will now serve as a double-header for the UC Davis Aggies when they host Seattle U.
The initially planned Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule has been revised to accommodate two games on Friday. The first game will commence at 10:30 a.m., with the second game following 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first.
In light of the impending inclement weather forecasted for Davis, the Aggies have made plans to potentially reschedule the third game of the series to either Saturday or Sunday, with Sunday being the most probable option.
UC Davis was recently picked to finish
ninth in the Big West Preseason Team Poll and will look to improve on their 17-37 record from a season ago.
