DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis Aggies maintain their perfect record this afternoon with their win against Gustavus Adolphus. The Aggies finished in first place with a score of 194.600 and the Gusties ended the meet with a 185.100.
The Ags kicked off the meet with a bang on vault. The Aggies took the top six spots on the event.
Emma Otsu secured a 9.900 making it her highest score yet of the season. Speaking of personal bests,
Keanna Abraham marked a milestone tying her All Time individual score on vault for the third time in her career with a 9.925. The score also tied for 3
rd in MPSF history on that event. We also saw a personal best for
Anna Holtan on the vault event with a score of 9.550.
Amelia Moneymaker set a personal best for the season on bars this afternoon with a 9.875, making her the highest scorer on the event.
Ayumi Oshiro followed behind in the number 2 spot with a 9.825 also making it a personal best for her.
Isabella Fitz-Gerald also hit her career high of the season scoring 9.800.
Last weeks' MPSF Athletes of the Week top 3 spots on beam, Abraham coming in 1
st with a 9.775. Following in second place was
Emma Otsu coming in with a 9.725. Rounding out the top 3 was
Ayumi Oshiro securing a 9.675.
Floor performances were electric. Aggies placed in the top 5 spots on the event.
Nandhini Senthil received her highest placement with a score of 9.625. We saw another career best tonight on the floor from
Megan Ray, she ties her career best of 9.925.
The Aggies are headed down the causeway later this week where they will face their Sac State rivals on Friday at 7 p.m.!
