LAS VEGAS, NEV.– The final round of the Big West Women's Golf Championship came to a close on Tuesday and the UC Davis Aggies finished the event in 6^th place. A total of three Aggies finished in the top-20, including a top-10 finish as well. As a team, the Ags carded a final round score of 26-over 314. The Ags posted rounds of 302, 305, and 314 for a three-round score of 57-over 921.
 
Skyler May led the way for the Ags, as she finished the Big West Championship in 10^th. The sophomore's 10^th place-playoff finish is her best of the 2023 season. May would only carded one birdie in the final round, and finish the day at 7-over 79. With her two previous rounds of 73 and 74, May posted a three-round score of 10-over 226.
 
Sophomore Elle Rastvortseva had her second-best placing of the season, as she finished the final round tied for 14^th. In the final round Rastvortseva carded a pair of birdies and had the best finish for the Ags at 4-over 76. Rastvortseva, who after the first-round of play was in 37^th, came back to finish in the top-15. With rounds of 82, 70, and 76 Rastvortsev carded a three-round score of 12-over 228.
 
Naomi Danner had the third top-20 finish for the Ags, as she tied for 18^th. The sophomore carded a birdie on the day and finished with a final round score of 7-over 79. Overall, Danner posted rounds of 72, 80, and 79 for a three-round score of 15-over 231.
 
Freshman Lauren Calderon placed 31^st in the Big West Championship, after a final round score of 8-over 80. With 78 and 81 in the previous two rounds. In total Calderon posted a three-round score of 23-over 239.
 
Abby Leighton rounds out the Ags, as the sophomore finished tied for 34^th. Leighton carded an 11-over 83 in the final round. The sophomore shot 79, and 81 in the previous two rounds and in total posted a three-round score of 27-over 243.
