STOCKTON, CALIF.– The UC Davis women's beach volleyball team won-out during their last regular season tournament at the University of the Pacific and advanced to an 18-10 record. The Ags have now capped off a five-game winning streak to close-out the regular season.

The Aggies started the day with fire as they swept the University of the Pacific, as freshman Isabelle Comes makes her first start of the season. UC Davis won all five flights and only needed one tie-breaker. Additionally the Ags kept their winning streak over the Tigers alive as they are now 4-0 against Pacific.

The Aggies hot streak continues as they take down Sacramento State for the third time this season. UC Davis beat the Hornets in four sets and the win makes overall matches between the rivals 11-0 in favor of the Ags.

UC Davis' last match of the regular season was against Santa Clara. The Aggies captured three flights to tame the Broncos once again. In the titular tie-breaker, Mia Olen and Megan Luly came back from an 11-14 deficit to win the match and duel for UC Davis. The win capped off a five-game win streak for the Ags and advanced their record to 18-10. Additionally, in this match, junior Colleen McGuire picked up her 50^th career win for UC Davis.
 
NEXT TIME OUT
 
UC Davis heads to the sandy shores of Queen's Beach Honolulu for the Big West Championship Tournament. The event begins Friday, April 21^st and concludes Saturday, April 22^nd.
