Box Score DAVIS, Calif. – The UC Davis women's tennis team fell in its home and Big West Conference Opener to UC Santa Barbara, Friday afternoon from the Marya Welch Tennis Center.

Michelle Zell won at the No. 4 court, downing Marta Gonzalez Ballb, 6-1, 6-2. Kaia Wolfe was credited for the victory due to a forfeit. The Ags also won on court three in doubles for the season reason.

UC Davis will return to the court on Saturday, Jan. 28 when they head to Santa Clara for a Noon match.
