SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The UC Davis women's tennis dropped its quarterfinal match at the Big West Championships, 4-2, Thursday morning to Cal State Fullerton at the Barnes Tennis Center. After the day, the Aggies move to 14-8 on the season.

After dropping the doubles point in a highly contested battle, the Aggies looked to make up ground in the singles competition.

UC Davis pulled within 3-2, but ultimately dropped the final point. Kristina Evloeva earned the first point for the Aggies and secured her sixth-straight win with a 6-2, 6-2, decision over Camila Garcia. Freshman Arianna Stavropoulos recorded her team-leading 15^th singles victory by downing Eira Tobrand, 6-2, 6-4.
