Davis, Calif. - UC Davis has begun the process of preparing for the 2022 season with a full slate of spring games on the schedule. 

Among the Aggies' opponents are regulars on UC Davis schedules like Chico State and Sacramento as well as a May 12 date at Stanford. 

UC Davis will also host an alumni game on Picnic Day, April 23. All UC Davis spring games are free to the public. 

The Aggies are coming off a 2021 season that saw Head Coach Dwayne Shaffer's club advance to the Big West Conference Tournament semifinal for the fourth straight season. The Aggies will be spending the spring adjusting to the loss of nine seniors to graduation. Shaffer enters his 25th season at the helm of the Aggies in 2022 with UC Davis advancing to at least the Big West semifinal round nine times and making two NCAA Tournament appearances in the Division 1 era.
