Aggies Announce 2023 Football Schedule

Season ticket deposits are available now

DAVIS, Calif. – The UC Davis football program unveiled its 2023 schedule on Wednesday. The Aggies will play a full 11-game slate and host five contests at UC Davis Health Stadium, including the Causeway Classic against Sacramento State.

Non-conference contests include another Pac-12 foe in Oregon State on the road and former Big Sky member Southern Utah at home. UC Davis will open the season on the road at Texas A&M – Commerce for a Thursday night affair on Aug. 31. The Aggies will then head to Corvallis to face the Beavers on Sept. 9 before hosting SUU in the home opener on Sept. 16.

The Ags remain at home to host their Big Sky opener against Eastern Washington on Saturday, Sept. 23, prior to heading to Cal Poly on Sept. 30 for the Battle for the Golden Horseshoe.

UC Davis will then face back-to-back opponents who made playoff appearances in 2022 as the Aggies welcome Montana to UC Davis Health Stadium on Oct. 7. UCD will then hit the road and head to Ogden to face Weber State.

After the Aggies enjoy their bye week, they will head to Flagstaff to face Northern Arizona on Oct. 28. UC Davis will return home to host Portland State on Nov. 4 before the Ags head to Pocatello to face a familiar face in newly appointed head coach Cody Hawkins and the Idaho State Bengals on Nov. 11.

The highly anticipated Causeway Classic returns to Davis on Saturday, Nov. 18.
