The two teams totaled 27 fouls and three cards during the full 90 minutes and it took until nearly eight minutes into the second overtime for a team to breakthrough with a goal.

UCI forward Alyssa Moore was credited with the game-winner when finished an Amber Huff pass. Moore came off the bench and fired off two shots on goal in her 47 minutes of play.

The Anteaters outshot the Aggies, 15-13, as Leslie Fregoso led all players with four shots. Lindsey Porter and Lexi Trucco tallied three shots apiece.
