Stanford, Calif. — Skyler May leads all Aggies at the Stanford Intercollegiate as she was 3-over-par Friday morning with a total round score of 74. In a day that saw the Aggies get off to a much slower start than we have seen them this Fall, UC Davis finds themselves in 19th place among the field. As a unit the Ags shot 22-over-par, good for a total score of 306. 

Abby Leighton and Naomi Danner came just behind May as both sit at 5-over-par after their rounds of 76 on the first day.

Lauren Calderon and Elle Rastvortseva rounded out the Aggie lineup for Coach Demi Runas and will look to improve their round totals for day two as they get adjusted to the difficult Stanford GC. Calderon shot a round total of 80, good for 9-over-par while Rastvorsteva sits at 11-over par after her round of 82.

There will be lots of room for improvement for the Aggies over the course of the next two days at the Stanford Intercollegiate as Runas has shown her squad is very capable of fighting through adversity and being resilient even on the toughest of courses. 

Rastvortseva will kick off the evening Round 2 action tomorrow with a 12:55 scheduled tee time where her and the rest of her Aggie teammates will start on the back nine.
