DAVIS, Calif. - Now that the men's and women's basketball regular seasons are complete, all attention will now shift towards the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., where both basketball teams will begin their chase for the conference's automatic bid in the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

UC DAVIS MEN'S BASKETBALL

Men's Basketball Tournament Bracket | Quarterfinals Tickets | Semifinals Tickets | Championship Game Tickets

The eight-team bracket for the 2017 Big West Men's Basketball Tournament has been finalized, with quarterfinal action at Honda Center beginning on Thursday, March 9. UC Davis men's basketball will enter the men's tournament as its No. 2 seed.

The quarterfinals schedule is as follows:

No. 2 UC Davis vs. No. 7 Cal Poly - Noon
No. 3 Cal State Fullerton vs. No. 6 CSUN - 2:30 p.m.

FOX Prime Ticket, FOX College Sports Pacific, FoxSportsGo.com
No. 1 UC Irvine vs. No. 8 UC Riverside - 6 p.m.
No. 4 Long Beach State vs. No. 5 Hawai'i - 8:30 p.m.

The quarterfinals are live on Fox College Sports Pacific, FoxSportsGo.com and the Fox Sports Go app. Fox Sports West will also offer a live broadcast of UC Davis' quarterfinal vs. Cal Poly.

The bracket will be reseeded following the quarterfinals, pitting the highest remaining seeded team against the lowest remaining seeded team in the first semifinal on Friday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m. The other two quarterfinal winners will square off no earlier than 9 p.m.

ESPN3 will stream both semifinal games live. ESPNU will air the 6:30 p.m. game tape delayed, following the conclusion of the second semifinal. The 9:00 p.m. semifinal game will air live on ESPNU.

The championship game is scheduled for Saturday, March 11 at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN2. The winner will earn the Big West's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Westwood One will also have a national broadcast of Saturday's final that can be heard on several platforms - on regular radio stations across the country the Westwood One Channel via the TuneIn mobile app and streamed online for free on westwoodonesports.com.

UC DAVIS WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

By virtue of winning the league's regular season championship, UC Davis women's basketball earned a double-bye and automatic berth in the Big West Tournament's second round.

As of the time of this release, the Aggies do not know which team they will face in its first league playoff game.

First round action starts at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, from the Walter Pyramid at Long Beach State when No. 5 UC Riverside takes on No. 8 UC Irvine, followed by defending Tournament champion No. 6 Hawai'i against No. 7 Cal Poly at 8:30 p.m. The following day, No. 3 CSUN and No. 4 UC Santa Barbara will compete in their first games with the Matadors taking on the lowest remaining seed at 6 p.m., and the Gauchos facing the highest remaining seed at 8:30 p.m.

The semifinal round on Friday, March 10, will take place at the Honda Center as top-seeded UC Davis will take on the lowest remaining seed from the quarterfinals at 12 p.m. The No. 2 seed, Long Beach State, will square off against the highest remaining seed at 2 p.m.

All games through the semifinal round will be available live on ESPN3.

The two semifinal winners will battle for an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament on Saturday, a matchup that FOX Prime Ticket will televise live from the Honda Center starting at 4 p.m.
