DAVIS, Calif. - Led by Brynton Lemar's career-high 29 points, three UC Davis players finished in double figures, and the Aggies held Cal State Fullerton, a team that entered Wednesday's Big West Conference game at the Pavilion averaging 75.8 points per game, to 65, and protected their undefeated home record by topping the Titans 74-65.

UC Davis will now enter Saturday's 5 p.m. home game vs. UC Riverside with a perfect 7-0 home record - the only league team that is undefeated on its own floor this season - a 15-9 overall and 7-2 Big West record. Cal State Fullerton drops to 10-12 overall and 4-5 against conference opponents this season with its result.
"I loved the way this team responded to adversity today," said Lemar. "We got off to a slow start and fought through it."
In addition to Lemar, who grabbed a game-high seven rebounds and scored a career-high 13 of his points at the free throw line, Siler Schneider sank a career-high eight shots at the stripe to finish with 17 points. The sophomore guard also led all players with four assists.
"This team feeds off his aggressiveness on both ends the floor," said head coach Jim Les regarding Schneider. "I love the way he attacks the basket, and how he brings energy off the bench."

Tre' Coggins, Jackson Rowe and Lionheart Leslie led the Titans in scoring with 16, 11 and 10 points apiece, with Rowe leading all Titan rebounders with six.
After Darcy Malone scored a three to give CSF a seven-point lead with 6:44 left until halftime, UC Davis took the lead for good thanks to a 10-2 run Once UC Davis led 26-25, the Aggies controlled the final minutes of the first and the entire second half.
Helping the Aggies maintain their comfortable cushion after halftime was their phenomenal ball control; they committed only four turnovers in the final 20 minutes of the game compared to Cal State Fullerton's 10.
In the second half, UC Davis shot .455 overall (10 of 22), .500 from three (3 of 6) and .750 at the line (.750) vs. the Titans who shot .343 (12 of 35), .333 (5 of 15) and .714 (5 of 7) respectively.
