Jan. 6, 2017 CAAHOF/Awards Criteria | CAAHOF/Special Recognition Nomination Form | Aggie Legacy Award Nomination Form | Past Inductees & Award Winners DAVIS, Calif. - The nomination deadline for the 2017 Cal Aggie Athletics Hall of Fame, Aggie Legacy Award and Special Recognition Award has been set for February 15, 2017. The selection process will take place in the early spring, with awards presentation taking place as part of the university's Homecoming weekend in October. The CAAHOF honors "outstanding achievement or distinction" by former student-athletes, coaches, administrators or other institutional representatives. The Aggie Legacy Award honors past student-athletes who attained similar outstanding achievement in an athletics-related field after their departures from the university. The Special Recognition Award is bestowed upon those who have made "outstanding volunteer contributions" to intercollegiate athletics.
