DAVIS, Calif. - Throughout his first months as an Aggie, Arell Hennings will admit to anyone who asks that he has become a better basketball player. His work ethic, willingness absorb advice and instruction from his new coaches and teammates are key reasons why he has further developed his skill set since he arrived to campus this summer.

With only a few practices remaining before UC Davis basketball departs for its Costa Rica Foreign Tour, Hennings shares his experience as a newcomer, some of the advice and wisdom received throughout his team's current training camp, and why he cannot wait for the 2016-17 season to begin.
