DAVIS, Calif. - After the holiday break, the team will head to Seattle for a game on Dec. 28 before hosting Utah Valley three days later in its final pre-Big West tuneup.

The all-time series between the Aggies and Falcons is tied at 2-2, with each team splitting the two previously played games in Davis and at the Air Force Academy.

After opening the season with five straight wins, Air Force dropped six of its following seven, and will enter Clune Arena on a three-game skid. In addition to competing against a Falcon squad that four players averaging 10 or more points this season -- senior forward Hayden Graham (13.2 ppg), senior guard Zach Kocur (11.9), junior guard Jacob Van (11.7) and junior Frank Toohey (10.8) -- UC Davis will also face 7,081-foot challenge.

Only one college basketball arena sits at a higher elevation that Clune Arena -- the home of Air Force men's basketball: Wyoming's Arena-Auditorium at 7,220 feet. As evident by its overall record this season, the Falcons' home provides a unique physiological advantage because all six of Air Force's wins took place on its home court.

So how did the Aggies handle the altitude in their last visit to Colorado Springs? A 16-2 scoring run, which took place late in the second half, propelled UC Davis to an 81-75 victory.

Series Record:
Tied 2-2
Last UC Davis Win: 81-75; 12/20/14 at Air Force
Last Air Force Win: 12/19/15; 67-60 at UC Davis
Series Streak: Air Force +1
