Sept. 8, 2014 DAVIS, Calif. - For many UC Davis students, summer is a time to kick back, relax, take a vacation (or two) and think about anything other than classes and extracurricular school activities.
For members of the men's basketball program, the months of June, July, August and September provide a phenomenal opportunity to address all academic obligations, hit the track for conditioning exercises, hone skills in an empty gym lift weights and participate in team workouts.
All this hard work is performed for one reason - to succeed in the classroom and on the basketball court.
