DAVIS, Calif. - The 2011-12 Causeway Cup standings have been updated with fall and winter sports results, as UC Davis has jumped out to a 45-15 advantage over Sacramento State in the annual multi-sport competition.

After surrendering a 3-2 (OT) defeat in men's soccer, the Aggies took victories in women's soccer, women's cross country, men's cross country, women's volleyball, football and women's basketball for a commanding lead. The Hornets' remaining points came from a men's basketball win.

With 15 future matchups remaining among the combined sports, UC Davis needs over five points to clinch a third straight Causeway Cup victory. There are 100 possible points available between the 16 sports competing this academic year.
