ANAHEIM, Calif. - UC Davis junior Joe Harden was among six players named to the Big West Championship All-Tournament Team. The Aggie was the only player from a team that did not advance to the championship. He averaged 20 points in eight rebounds in the two Aggie games.

Harden started the tournament with 20 points and nine rebounds in the team's 68-65 victory over Cal State Fullerton in Thursday's quarterfinals. He followed that up with 20 points and seven boards in the semifinals against UC Santa Barbara. Harden finished the season with 20 or more points in four of his last seven games. He also averaged 14.5 points and 7.2 rebounds for the year.

The All-Tournament Team also featured two players from champion UC Santa Barbara and three from runner-up Long Beach State.

UC Davis capped off its best season since moving to Division I by finishing tied for third in the Big West and advancing to the semifinals of the Big West Tournament.
