BERKELEY, Calif. - UC Davis concluded its play at the Cal Invitational Saturday. Jenna Kappel played the only match of the day for the Aggies. She took on Pacific's Sasha Fisher in the White Consolation Singles round and was defeated, 6-1, 6-4. Kappel was one of two Aggies to take part in the tournament. Robin Guier was also on hand in the team's opening competition of the season. The duo also took part in doubles play on Friday.

UC Davis is next in action Oct. 13-16 at the Saint Mary's Invitational in Moraga.
